使用matlab编写的啤酒瓶缺陷检测程序，测试通过（毕设）(Prepared using matlab beer bottle defect detection procedures, test (complete set))

数据库是由10个人的7种正面表情组成的213幅灰度图像，图像是以大小为256256的8位灰度级存储的，格式为.tiff型，平均每个人每种表情有2到4张。( the JAFFE database[11] which is composed of 213 images of female facial expression corresponding to 10 distinct subjects. Each image is stored at a resolution of 256×256 pixels and 8-bit gray level. Each subject in the database is represented with 7 categories of expression (angry, disgust, fear, neutral, sadness, happiness and surprise). )

说明：  该程序加载组织样本的图像，计算其强度直方图并绘制。(This program loads an image of a tissue sample, calculates its intensity histogram and draws it.)

本设计主要目的是实现染色体的识别计数。首先对图形进行预处理，将图像转化为灰度图、滤波去噪，然后对图像进行二值化，合理选取阈值，进行直方图阈值处理，最后去除图像中面积过小的杂点，最终实现识别计数。(The main purpose of this design is to achieve the identification of chromosome count.
