图像配准,基于sift的图像配准程序，配准效果良好，运行速度快。(image match)

说明：  采用walsh进行处理，所得图片效果比较理想(Processed by walsh, results from the ideal image)

在对多光谱遥感影像进行大气校正处理以后，可以利用K_T变换矩阵对其进行水体提取，该算法效果较好(After the atmospheric correction of the multispectral remote sensing image, the water body can be extracted by using the k transform matrix, and the effect of the algorithm is good.)

说明：  KM算法，通过对图片的像素点特征分类，实现图片杂质检测等功能(KM algorithm, through the image of the pixel classification to achieve image impurity detection and other functions)
