压缩感知CS——采用小波变换进行稀疏表示，高斯随机矩阵为观测矩阵，重构算法为OMP算法，对256*256的lena图处理，比较原图和OMP算法在不同采样比例(0.74、0.5、0.3)下的重构效果，并各运行50次，比较算法性能PSNR和每次的运行时间 (Compressed sensing CS- using wavelet transform as sparse representation, Gaussian random matrix as the observation matrix and OMP algorithm as the reconstruction algorithm. Compare lena figure and the reconstruction results using OMP algorithm at different sampling ratio (0.74,0.50.3),then each runs 50 times, compare the performance of PSNR and each running time)

用于荧光光谱的CIE色坐标计算，直接导入光谱txt即可(CIE color coordinate calculation for fluorescence spectrum, directly into the spectrum txt)

说明：  这个matlab代码，用于测试图像融合函数的算法性能。输入两幅原始图像和融合以后的图像，函数将评价出该算法的性能。(The matlab code, for testing image fusion algorithm function. Input the original image and the integration of two subsequent images, the function will evaluate the performance of the algorithm.)

meanshift聚类，找到聚类中心,以及数据的类别(Clustering meanshift to find cluster centers, as well as the type of data)

对特征值进行非极大值抑制的角点检测，并且选用了合适的阈值加强检测效果(corner detection by non-maxima suppression of Eigenvalues and selected the appropriate threshold to enhance detection)

说明：  水平集边缘检测代码，利用了变分法进行优化和处理，实现了图像的快速边缘检测(Level set edge detection code is optimized and processed by using variational method, and fast edge detection of image is realized.)

说明：  LBP是一种用来描述图像局部纹理特征的算子；它具有旋转不变性和灰度不变性等显著的优点。(LBP is an operator used to describe local texture features of images; it has significant advantages such as rotation invariance and gray invariance.)
