本文所做的主要工作为：研究了JPEG2000标准的原理和基本框架，对JPEG 2000标准的核心—小波变换压缩技术进行了分析研究，概要的介绍了小波理论。对EZW算法进行了详细分析和描述，包括零树的含义、结构及其扫描方法。并应用Matlab图像处理工具箱和小波分析工具箱对图像小波变换处理，并通过接口工具Mex实现在Matlab环境下对C程序EZW编码的调用，实现了应用零树小波编码算法对图像的压缩处理，简单地实现了对JPEG 2000的仿真。(The main work that this text do is:Studied the principle and basic frames of the JPEG2000 standard, to the center of JPEG 2000- Wavelet transform compress which had been analyzed and researched .Carried on the detailed analysis and descriptions to the calculate way of EZW, include zero-tree coding, structures and it’s scans method.
