代码说明：

turbo 编译码，采用网格编码调制方式，并且成功地在大气激光通信中得到应用。调制部分自己编写，可直接运行，有助于学习turbo-TCM。都是压缩包形式，里面有多个程序和函数。(turbo encoding and decoding, using trellis coded modulation, and successfully applied in atmospheric laser communication. Modulated part of their preparation, can be run directly, will help you to learn turbo-TCM.)
