这是基于基本遗传算法的函数最优化的matlab程序(This is based on a function of the basic genetic algorithm matlab optimization procedures)

该程序是结合john 的smo伪码，和网上其他程序写的。 特别是john 的smo伪码没写出来的部分，有点搞不懂，那一部分的a1old和a2old好像有点混乱。程序大部分能运行出来，有时很久没出来。(MATLAB SMO)

牛顿插值函数：自己编写的牛顿插值函数，matlab里面不自带(Newton interpolation function)
