暗通道去雾代码，使用c++实现 根据cvpr论文改写(Channel code to the dark fog)

说明：  是马尔可夫图像分割的C++程序，可以用于遥感图像(It's a C++ program for Markov image segmentation, which can be applied to remote sensing images.)

高斯滤波算法，可用于模糊图片，除掉图片中的高频噪声(gauss fliter to remove high frequency noise for pic )

mfc图像处理，实现图像的配准，自己编写，可以应用(mfc image processing, image registration)

像素级融合实现 pca his，brovery加权融合方法，很不错(Pixel level fusion to achieve pca his, brovery weighted fusion method, very good)
