用神经网络方法筛选图片，从而判断某一图片是否存在病变(Neural network)

一个用VC编的混沌图像加密程序，演示了如何读写图像，如何用混沌算法加密解密。(a program for encrypting image by chaos algorithm,based on VC.)

人民邮电出版社，《VC++数字图像处理典型算法及实现》-- 第9章图像分割。 包括图像的并行边界分割、串行边界分割、并行区域分割、串行区域分割、Canny算子的实现等源代码(Posts )

说明：  对图像进行中值滤波，去除噪声，并与原图像进行比较(Median filter on the image to remove noise, compared with the original image)

完成流程编码和huffman编码，适合做图像编码的熵编码，只要调整接口就好。(Complete the process encoding and huffman coding, image coding suitable for entropy coding, as long as the adjustment of the interface is like.)

视频车辆检测，主要是介绍视频中的车辆运动目标的检测和跟踪计数(The detection of video vehicle mainly introduces the detection and tracking of moving targets in video)
