一个基于帧差法的matlab行人检测程序

说明：   针对雾天下拍摄图像的退化现象，远景部分是一块灰度分布比较集中且接近天空亮度的区域，而近景部分可以分辨，其灰度分布比较分散。提出了一种基于遗传算法阈值分割的雾天图像增强方法；该方法首先用遗传算法求出近远景的分割阈值将图像分割[1]出来，然后对两个部分分别进行清晰化处理。(make the picture clear)

灰度共生矩阵的计算程序，包括子程序，可以用在纹理分析上，还不错(Gray-level co-occurrence matrix calculation procedures, including subroutines, can be used in texture analysis, but also good)

C#的图像处理，用于验证码的识别功能，可以识别简单的有背景干扰的验证码(C# image processing, is used to identify functional verification code, you can recognize simple background interference verification code)
