这个是leach算法的优化版本，对学习WSN有好处，而且是我毕业设计的课题。(This is the improved Leach protocol,which is quit usful in learning WSNs.)

The main idea behind this book, and the incentive for writing it, is that strong connections exist between adaptive filtering and signal analysis, to the extent that it is not realistic—at least from an engineering point of view—to separate them.
