基于相关性分析的OFDM系统信干噪比盲估计，一种利用循环前缀进行信道计数估计，和信噪比盲估计的新方法(Correlation analysis based on OFDM system SINR blind estimation, a use of cyclic prefix for channel count estimates, and SNR estimation method of blind)

本程序利用交替优化的方法实现了8-PSK信号在多普勒频移条件下的相位和定时双参数同步，不仅程序注释清晰，而且附上该程序实验报告，力求便于读者理解。(By optimizing alternately, this program realizes two parameters synchronization of phase and timing for 8-psk signal under Doppler frequency shifting channel.
