基于meanshift算法的目标跟踪，主要是基于opencv车辆跟踪！！！程序当中进行简单的图像分割(Based on the meanshift algorithm of image segmentation and target tracking.)

实现运动目标的跟踪，首先用鼠标选取一个区域。之后能自动跟踪这个目标(Tracking of moving objects, first use the mouse to select a region. After automatic tracking of this objective)

文献，基于融合和聚类的遥感图像变化检测技术(Literature, based on remote sensing image fusion and change detection clustering technology)

说明：  基于matlab的简单手势识别代码，初学者可自行下载。(Simple gesture recognition code, beginners can download.)

对图片预处理加入高斯噪声，各种经典边缘检测算子对图像进行边缘提取(Gaussian noise on the image pre-processing, a variety of classic edge detection operator to extract image edge)

mean shift功能演示，实现图像分割，具体请看效果(the demonstration of the mean shift algorithm)

利用k—mean算法根据U、V进行聚类分块，最后完成图像分割，分割出得块用不同的灰度等级表示出来。(K-mean algorithm to cluster sub-blocks according to the U, V, to finalize the image segmentation, segmentation have blocks with different gray levels represented.)

从键盘读取输入信息，并绘制最终的高斯函数。(Read from the keyboard to enter information, and rendering the final Gaussian function.)

拉普拉斯算法的实现，程序是用vc++编写的(Laplasse algorithm)
