本文主要是维纳滤波器的设计，包含设计内容(This article is mainly Wiener filter design, including the design of content)

图像融合评价指标，包括有：均值，标准差，信息熵，平均梯度，相关系数，扭曲程度，偏差指数。每个指标都分别对RGB三个波段进行评价。(This file refers to the ution factor of image fusion,which including:mean,standard deviation,information entropy,average gradient,correlation cofficient,distortion and bias index.Each factor is used to ute every band of RGB of fusion results. )

小波树形变换，完成小波的三次分解与合并，能用于小波去噪(Tree wavelet transform, the completion of the three wavelet decomposition and merging, can be used for wavelet denoising)

The files included implement the M3 Enigma machine. Rotors.m implements the GUI and enigma.m implements the cipher substitutions. The implementation can be used as an aid to teaching the enigma machine. Also, the source can be used to show how to implement an enigma machine. The files are thoroughly commented and the application can run in MATLAB by just typing rotors
