说明：在matlab中直接运行程序，将会显示包含谐波的时域、频域图，设计一个滤波器，滤除谐波，得到滤除谐波后的图形。(Run the program directly in matlab will display a harmonic of the time domain, frequency domain, to design a filter, harmonic filter, harmonic filter obtained after the graphics.)
