visual C++开发平台下分类(inclass)程序(visual C++ of classify)

该类用于图像检测电视机串号，算法使用Halcon10编写，导出成C#。输入HImage类型图片，算子将自动返回电视机串号、无线Mac地址和有线Mac地址，若画面内不含以上3中数据，结果将返回空。

我用本地API写的一个对话框程序，可以改窗口标题与图标，注意是对话框程序，不是窗口程序。不过说到底，对话框和窗口其实是一回事。(A dialog program . you can use it to change title and icon.)
