集中图像平滑函数对一张含有椒盐噪声或者高斯噪声的图像进行平滑处理的程序，(Image processing)

说明：  可评价影像融合质量，信息熵、标准差、相关系数等(Evaluable image fusion quality, information entropy, etc.)
