To convert a Color image to a gray image

explain the coding and decoding of FEC

(This code is used for finding the boudary of the breast in a mammogram.)

这是一个基于量子行为的粒子群算法（QPSO）用于特征选择的matlab程序，用户可以选择目标函数优化方向、种群大小，也可以在内部修改QPSO的参数beta(this is a feature selection program based on quantum_behaved particle swarm optimization of matlab ,the user can chose the object function optimization direction, the scale of the swarm ,also you can revise the parameter beta in the programe )

(Based on OFDM channel impulse response and channel estimation matlaB simulation code. Worth learning!)

MATLAB PROGRAM FOR FINDIDG SOLUTION OF STATE SPACE MODEL

(The efficiency of the image match well with the matlab quantitative analysis program)

基于matlab的高通滤波器设计，选用汉宁窗(the low-pass filter design based on Matlab with the window of hanning)
