This matlab code performs the Arimoto-Blahut algorithm to calculate the capacity of a channel in information theory.

说明：  采用多相滤波结构，可利用多个阶数较低的滤波来实现原本阶数较高的滤波，而且每个分支滤波器处理的数据速率仅为原数据速率的I/D，这为工程上高速率实时信号处理提供了实现途径。(By using polyphase filter structure, the original higher order filtering can be achieved by using multiple lower order filters, and the data rate processed by each branch filter is only I/D of the original data rate, which provides a way to realize high-speed real-time signal processing in engineering.)

Converts binary data of any format in a string to floating point decimals of a defined fraction size. the intsize input parameter defines the size of the exponent and sets the fixed point location in the binary number. se accompanied matlab program for test of this function

Cooperative communication beam-forming

基于MFCC参数和DTW算法的语音识别算法，对0-9这十个数字的中文发音进行识别。该程序对特定的三个人的声音做训练，并用来识别这三个人之外的30个人的发音，即特定人的集合外的识别，程序中已有语料。(The MFCC parameter and DTW algorithm-based speech recognition algorithm, the 0-9 ten digits Chinese pronunciation recognition. Do training of the program on the specific person' s voice and is used to identify these three individuals outside of the 30 individual pronunciation, i.e. the identification of the collection of a specific person, the program already corpus.)
