在做优化的时候，起初选择了GA算法，但是GA的不稳定性（或者陷入局部最优）实在让人抓狂，前后两次的结果相差竟然有时候能达到30 以上，当时由于时间的原因，我只好选择了优化1000次，然后以其中的最小值最为最佳方案。虽然问题也算解决了，但是从学术上将，这种奔方法是让人很尴尬的。所以，我从网上下载了一个GA－PSO算法，试着利用GA和PSO组合的策略进行优化，结果算法很问题，效率和不错。我下载原始算法，有一个问题就是它是针对所有的设计变量上下限都是一样的，所以我对程序进行了修改与改进，现在可以处理上下限不一致的问题，同时fix了一些bug。现在把修改后的程序和大家分享一下，希望能对您有用.注意myfit需要用自己的函数，否则出错，因为我的myfit程序在调用过程中，需要使用matlab的Kriging工具箱 (a optimization method combining GA and PSO)

LTE system, OFDM modulation and Turbo Coding, including Viterbi, BCJR and SOVA are extensively analysed, ending up with a system performance specification. These are used to implement a fixed length Turbo encoder, a 16-QAM modulator and a 16 point IFFT on an FPGA using MATLAB Simulink⃝ R with Xilinx⃝ R System Generator plugin. A MATLAB⃝ R script is developed to test the Simulink implementation. In addition, an iterative Turbo decoder is programmed using MATLAB⃝ R .

Objective of this example is to demonstrate how to design and model adaptive controller, tune and analyse its performance using Simulink® . For this example we have used direct adaptive method called Model Reference Adaptive Controller (MRAC). There are three main elements of this model: Reference Model, Plant Model and Adaptive Controller.
