有时为了方便处理，我们需要对大量的图像格式进行转换，本程序就是对图像格式批量转换。(Sometimes in order to facilitate the image processing, we need to tranfer the format of a lot of images.This program is to tranfer the image format in batches.)

使用IDL实现对ENVI所支持的影像文件格式的数据拼接，不用打开栅格，从而避免内存消耗过大(IDL data stitching ENVI image file formats supported, do not open the grid, in order to avoid memory consumption is too large)

说明：  该课题为基于MATLAB的汽车出入库识别系统，带有丰富的人机交互GUI界面。目前毕业设计选题中，传统的中规中矩的车牌识别不易得到高分，必须要在此基础上有所创新方得可以避开其他雷同课题，不会轻易被导师被否决而导致毕设不过。因此建议在车牌识别基础上加入多种方法的对比，看看哪种方法的精度高。虽然目前有很多方法的车牌识别，但是都是在各自的测试库里面测试的，比如测试的车牌图像不同，字符库不同，导致无法做对比。整个设计在一个GUI界面上完成。(This project is based on MATLAB vehicle in and out of the warehouse identification system, with rich human-computer interaction GUI interface. 利用Haar-like算法提取人脸特征，在matlab软件中进行人脸检测。(Haar-like algorithm is used to extract face features and face detection in MATLAB software.)

说明：  利用GMS对特征点匹配进行约束，降低误匹配率，代码包含python版本，C++版本，matlab版本。(GMS is used to constrain the matching of feature points to reduce the error matching rate. The code includes Python version, C + + version and Matlab version.)
