说明：  将白噪声和瑞丽分布的噪声模拟为信号的背景噪声，分别通过小波去噪，EMD去噪，EMD结合小波去噪的方法来进行背景噪声去噪分析。(Ruili, the distribution of white noise and the noise modeled as background noise signals, respectively, through the Wavelet denoising, EMD denoising, EMD combined with wavelet denoising approach to denoising of background noise.)

本程序是用经验模态分解(EMD)算法检测VF信号的，该算法的灵敏度和特异性都达到了90 以上。(This procedure is used empirical mode decomposition (EMD) algorithm to detect VF signals, the sensitivity and specificity of the algorithm has reached more than 90 .)

分数阶傅里叶变换计算方面,基于互功率谱的时延估计，进行波形数据分析,基于分段非线性权重值的Pso算法，对HARQ系统的吞吐量分析，ML法能够很好的估计信号的信噪比。
