说明：自己写的算术编码的matlab程序,内容是把自己的名字(当然也可以是其他的文字)用算术编码编码后再解码,有详细注释.给初学编码的朋友一些参考.谢谢.(Write matlab arithmetic coding procedure is to divide his name (of course also be other text) and then decode encoded using arithmetic coding, a detailed comment.
