说明：  基带信号bpsk仿真，基带传输基本方波信号、sinc信号，对过程添加高斯白噪声，接收端用匹配滤波器进行接受，计算实际信号误码率，并于理论误码率进行比较(BPSK simulation of baseband signal. Baseband transmits basic square wave signal and sinc signal. BPSK调制，采用（15,11）汉明码对信号编码；然后对信号加噪，解调，译码。(BPSK modulation (15,11) Hamming code signal encoding then added noise to the signal, demodulation, decoding.)
