JPEG2000matlab实现 最新的图像压缩标准(JPEG2000matlab achieve the latest image compression standard)

压缩包里面为2个程序，一个是悬链线模拟索的程序，一个是抛物线法模拟的索的程序(Compressed inside of two programs, one cable catenary simulation program, a parabolic law analog cable programs)

交通标志检测,pic文件夹下为实验用的交通标志图,这是我们小组的研究性学习课题.(Traffic sign detection, pic folder for the experimental use of traffic signs, which is our group of research learning topics.)

均值滤波去噪声程序，效果显著，已经通过调试(Mean filter to the noise process, achieved significant results, have been through the debugging)

说明：  可实现正割法求解，牛顿法，迭代法，抛物线求根(Can achieve secant method, Newton method, iterative method, parabolic root)
