一个由MFC编写的可以模拟彩票抽奖系统的小程序， 能够抽奖，兑奖，，查询中奖纪录，以及提供较为有好的交互式界面效果， 请在VS2008或以后版本中才可以打开此工程(a simple lotter number application which can create some random lucky number. Created under VS2008.)
