小数量化程序,中间的位数是可以调节的，这个所给的是32位的实数浮点数据转变为二进制数(the procedure of quantification for decimals)

用Matlab产生正弦波,矩形波,以及白噪声信号，并显示各自时域波形图 进行FFT变换，显示各自频谱图，其中采样率，频率、数据长度自选 做出上述三种信号的均方根图谱,功率图谱,以及对数均方根图谱 用IFFT傅立叶反变换恢复信号，并显示恢复的正弦信号时域波形图(fft analysis,plot rms spectrum,power density spectrum, etc.)

说明：  PSO优化算法优化多变量没别的了，就这样了了了了了了(PSO optimization algorithm)

ISODATA算法实现，个人编写，结果正确，matlab 实现(ISODATA algorithm, personal writing, result is correct, matlab implementation)

说明：  极限学习机是一种神经网络仿真，比BP,SWM学习速度更快，参数设置更容易(Extreme Learning Machine is a kind of neural network simulation, compared with BP, SWM learning faster, easier to set parameters)
