说明：  基于ODBC的数据库模式，用MFC创建一个学生成绩管理软件。程序的实现主要在视图Cstudentview类中完成，其中可以完成的功能有：显示全部记录、增加记录、删除记录、修改记录、排序记录、查寻记录，并且在控件表格中直观的显示。(based ODBC database model, the MFC with the creation of a student performance management software.
