matlab 编写红外弱小目标检测，适合在小范围小目标中做检测，本代码应调试完成，可以直接根据文件中readme.txt运行代码。主要原理是找到图片中最大峰值并予以表示出来。(Matlab writing infrared dim small target detection, suitable for small range of small targets to do the test, the code should be debugged, you can directly run the code in accordance with the file readme.txt.
