本程序完成cic滤波器的设计，并且含有滤波实例，同时设计了三种cic滤波器进行比较(this programm propose the design of cic filter. it contain an example of how this filter works. meanwhile it compares three different cic filter)

in this file wrote digital modulation function for about all digital modulation

pca降维算法，试验已经成功，将39维数据降到12维(PCA dimensionality reduction algorithm, the test has been successful, the 39 dimensional data down to 12 dimensions)

只要认真看， 一天就可以掌握DFT的原理，大家看看哦(As long as a day, you can master the principle of the DFT, we look at)

I THINK THAT ALL WHAT I WANT IS THIS

discrete continuous transform used in mobile communication, perfectly analyzed.

matlab6.5与vc的各种混编方式举例 包括 dll方式、引擎方式、com方式、以及vc调用simulink模型运行方式(matlab6.5 vc with the mixed mode, including dll example, the engine, com, as well as vc Simulink model called Operation Mode)

Using SA toolbox to solve the simple problem problem: we want to find the solve the puzzle which the sum of every row and column are equal.

说明：  In this paper, a new scaling-based image-adaptive watermarking system has been presented, which exploits human visual model for adapting the watermark data to local properties of the host image. Its improved robustness is due to embedding in the low-frequency wavelet coefficients and optimal control of its strength factor HVS point of view. Maximum-likelihood (ML) decoder is used aided by the channel side information. The performance of the proposed scheme is analytically calculated and verified by simulation. Experimental results confirm the imperceptibility of the proposed method and its higher robustness against attacks compared to alternative watermarking methods in the literature
