应用背景SAR图像由于受到强烈的乘性噪声影响，传统的梯度边缘算子对于SAR图像提取图像的特征效果很差，所以应用均值比率算子会有很好的效果！均值比率算子很好的抑制了图像的噪声，对边缘能够有效的提取！关键技术均值比率算子是一种有效的应对于SAR图像的特征提取算子，分为四个方向进行均值计算最终提取出最优的算子！四个方向分别为0 45 90 135度的四个方向，本文窗口模板大小可以自适应的设置大小，由于窗口越大，计算时间复杂度会上升，窗口越小提取出来的特征比较多！
