matlab环境下的三维点云配准程序，采用点特征进行配准(Three-dimensional point cloud registration program in matlab, registration using point features)

哈夫变换检测圆，，检测一个半径为80，灰度值为160的圆，它处在灰度值为96的背景中(Hough transform to detect circles, and testing a radius of 80, round gray value of 160, it is in the background gray value of 96)

依次输入三个函数即可，若想修改全排列矩阵的大小，可在MATLAB中打开tianchongJ修改(Input function can be followed by three, if amendments to the whole matrix with the size, can be opened in MATLAB to amend tianchongJ)
