Use of threshold denoising with EMD decomposition characteristics; 3. Translation invariant denoising after EMD decomposition.)

说明：  据的规范化程序,消除数据的量纲对处理结果的影响,数据点之间距离的计算程序(According to the standardized program, the influence of the dimension of the data on the processing results is eliminated, and the calculation program of the distance between the data points is obtained.)

本算法包括区域生长法和形态学后处理算法，功能实现了皮肤镜图像的病变区域分割，准确度很高，后处理算法对原图的影响很小；(This algorithm includes region growing method and morphological post-processing algorithm.
