采用matlab代码进行超像素分割，可以很好使用，效果好(Super-pixel segmentation using matlab code can be used well and the effect is good.)

说明：  此jar包用于解析jbig格式文件的工具包，调用接口即可(This jar package is a toolkit for parsing JBIG format files and calling interfaces.)

适用于小车跟踪和相应的轨迹滤波处理，代码是直接可以调通的(t is suitable for car tracking and corresponding trajectory filtering. The code can be adjusted directly.)
