自写的一种基于局部对比增强的GVFsnake图像分割方法，参考了xu的gvf，但本方法分割效果更好。(Since the writing of a local contrast enhancement based on image segmentation method of GVFsnake reference xu the gvf, but this method is better segmentation.)

此程序计算的是两幅图像的峰值信噪比，运行流畅(This program calculates the peak signal to noise ratio of the two images, run smoothly)

说明：  针对弱小目标信号提出的RXD异常检测算法，实现对目标的检测(A RXD anomaly detection algorithm for dim and small target signals is proposed to realize target detection.)

新的水下图像对比度增强和分割算法（实现对比度的增强和图像分割，内容包括：新的水下图像对比度增强算法、水下图像的分割算法--2008a）(The new underwater image contrast enhancement and segmentation algorithm (implemented contrast enhancement and image segmentation, including: new underwater image contrast enhancement algorithms, underwater image segmentation algorithm- 2008a))

说明：  最大熵双阈值分割算法，基于遗传算法优化的快速最大熵双阈值分割算法。(Maximum Entropy Double Threshold Segmentation and Fast Maximum Entropy Double Threshold Segmentation Based on Genetic Algorithms.)

说明：  首先对指纹图像进行预处理，包括图像的分割，增强，二值化，细化。对细化后的图像进行特征点的提取，最后通过细节特征匹配完成指纹的识别。(Firstly, the fingerprint image is preprocessed, including image segmentation, enhancement, binarization and thinning. The refined image is extracted by feature points, and the fingerprint recognition is completed by minutiae feature matching.)

中值滤波，取出奇数个数据进行排序，用排序后的中值取代要处理的数据即可(median filtering.rar)
