VC++流量监控程序，记录选择的接口号，得到接口号为interfaceNumber的接口流量。采用PDH技术对网卡的数据包进行测量，类似360的流量监控工具一样，可以实时观察上网流量的变化，包括上传流量与下载流量。(VC++ traffic monitor, record selection interface number to obtain the interface number of the interface traffic interfaceNumber.
