代码说明：

汪裕民的OFDM关键技术与应用中仿真MIMO-OFDM的源代码，个人做了些改动，但是误码率比较大，望大牛帮忙调一下(汪裕public key technology and application of OFDM in MIMO-OFDM simulation of the source code, made some personal changes, but the error rate is relatively large, look like large cattle to help tune)
