This demo tracks cars in a video by detecting motion using optical flow. The cars are segmented from the background by thresholding the motion vector magnitudes. Then, blob analysis is used to identify the cars.

利用Shock Filters去除图像噪声，附件里有关于Shock Filters的网页介绍(use Shock Filters remove image noise, annex on the Shock's website on Filters)

mimo的一些算法，已通过运行，可以直接使用，希望对大家有用(Some of MIMO algorithms, has been running, you can directly use, in the hope that useful to everybody)

自适应算术编解码，按paper编写，压缩包中附有paper。(adaptive arithmetic coding and decoding, prepared by the paper, compressed paper attached.)
