说明：  水平集图像分割方法的一个经典DEMO，05年CVPR上的文章的实现程序，无偿呈现(Level set image segmentation methods of a classical DEMO, 05 years CVPR articles realization procedures, free show)

给予matlab的JPEG压缩程序，包含原始压缩图片，程序对灰度bmp图片进行JEPG编码，压缩成以0101形式的编码。JPEG编码先把图象色彩RBG变成亮度Y和色度Cr、Cb，它利用人的视觉对色度不敏感的特点，减少一部分色度数据，以达到压缩。 JPEG采取多种编码方式，包含有行程编码(Run Length Coding)和哈夫曼(Huffman)编码，有很高的压缩比。在编码前，先对数据进行分块，离散余弦变换（DCT）及量化，保留能量大的低频信号，丢弃高频信号以达到压缩。(Given to the JPEG compression matlab program, contains the original compressed image, the program of the grayscale bmp picture JEPG encoded, compressed into a 0101 form of encoding. 说明：  利用算数编码基本原理及其实现步骤，通过MATLAB实现算数编码。(Using the basic principle of arithmetic coding and its implementation steps, arithmetic coding is realized by MATLAB.)

批量的将图像转为tif格式，界面方面操作，放在ENVI的安装路径下即可(convert different format of image to .tiff)

说明：  对于单基地SAR，使用BP算法进行成像，展示回波信号幅度、相位、距离压缩后以及最后成像的图像。(For single base SAR, BP algorithm is used to image, which shows the amplitude, phase, distance compressed and final image of echo signal.)

说明：  进行三维去高后，根据sar参数信息，将斜距转变为地距。(After performing three-dimensional height removal, the slope distance is converted to ground distance according to the sar parameter information.)

图像的亮度对比度增强，可对较暗的图像进行亮度增强(The brightness of the image contrast enhancement, may be dark image brightness enhancement)

自己写的分割脑组织的程序，用FCM方法分割，可以直接运行(Write their own brain tissue segmentation procedure, using FCM segmentation method can be run directly)
