(In view of the wind turbine drive system characteristics, failure and difficult problems, puts forward the improved wavelet packet combining spectral envelope, a new method of fault diagnosis. Further study of the wavelet packet frequency band derangement, improvements were carried out for wavelet packet, to eliminate the defect of the frequency band derangement)
