Zernike矩，分为一个主函数和六个子函数，主要步骤有注释，方便理解，有图，方便使用。主程序前段更改了判断输入参数个数的代码(Zernike moments, divided into a main function and six subroutines, major steps have comments, easy to understand, map, easy to use. The main front-end change the code determine the number of input parameters)

说明：  通过高斯、指数、瑞利、gamma、pearson、weibull模型分别对同质区域的SAR图像的强度分布进行拟合(The intensity distributions of SAR images in homogeneous regions are fitted by Gauss, exponential, Rayleigh, gamma, Pearson and Weibull models respectively.)

主要用于织物图像处理中，织物起球图像的频域纹理滤除，将图像从空间域变换到频率域。(Mainly used in fabric image processing, the fabric pilling texture image in the frequency domain filter, transform the image from space domain to the frequency domain.)

基于光线补偿的人脸检测。首先对图像进行光补，在此基础上结合肤色和发色进行人脸检测。(Light compensation based on face detection. First, the image light make up, in this based on the combination of color and hair color for face detection.)
