hdb3编译码程序。能实现对20位随机序列的hdb3编码和译码，以及对应功率谱密度的显示。(hdb3 codec and decodec program. It can codec and decodec the realitive 20 bits in hdb3 rule. And display the realitive power denty.)

turbo_tst.m 是启动文件，利用bcjr算法进行Turbo码的仿真。同时为了进行比较，还进行了viterbi软译码的仿真。单独的turbo码的仿真主要就是bcjr.m程序，viterbi译码所需的文件比较多一点。(turbo_tst.m the startup files, the use of simulation algorithms bcjr Turbo codes.
