This code uses the output from either make_zeta_u.c file or make_zeta_v.file i.e. it uses the velocity data at any z-level specified by zlevel1. Furthermore, this code filters the velocities, plots the filtered and raw signals at certain specified locations and then creates maps of the velocity time series

This program includes the Gaussian Quadrature implementation in matlab.
