用matlab编写的雅克比迭代算法，简单实用(Prepared using matlab Jacobi iterative algorithm is simple and practical)

when you want to read some parameters from the HTK macro you trained, just use this source code. it help you read a htk parameter(macro file). But, it can read all parameter type. it just read GMM parameter(1 state, N mixture)

模式识别的大作业 改进的C均值法，对聚类效果比较显著(Great job to improve recognition of the C means method, a relatively significant effect on the clustering)
