阐述压缩感知的基本原理，并通过压缩感知对图像进行复原处理(elucidate the compressed sensing theory )

说明：  使用硬/软阈值算法，求解各种不同范数约束问题，算法主要有三种(Contains three matrix completion algorithms and a demo script for running them. Also compares against other matrix completion algorithms - Singular Value Thresholding and Fixed Point Iteration.)

用于求解凸优化问题，恢复低秩密度矩阵问题(this matlab Algorithm can be used for the convey optimal problen, and also for the low-rank density matrix reconstruction)

图像处理的峰值信噪比计算程序，简单精确，直接算出值(PSNR calculation program image processing, simple accurate, direct calculation value)

极坐标和平面坐标的转换，在图像处理中可以很好解决在一个坐标下不能解决的问题。(Polar coordinates and plane coordinates conversion, in image processing can be solved in a coordinate system can not solve the problem.)

说明：  1.学习使用fft2,ifft2,fftshift,ifftshift函数。用fft2函数对”lena.bmp”做二维傅立叶变换，并显示其频谱，用fftshift函数将频谱坐标原点移动到图像中心。用ifft2函数做傅立叶反变换。（提示：显示频谱时，可以先对频谱取对数，这样可以压缩动态范围很大的频谱，获得更好的显示效果）(1.
