短期负荷预测通常是指24小时的日负荷预测和168小时的周负荷预测，本文主要预测的是日平均负荷，对于短期负荷预测(short-term load forecasts usually refers to the 24-hour daily load forecasting and 168 hours a week load forecasting, In this paper, the forecast is the average load, short-term load forecasting)

MATLAB2009(Infinite state Hidden Markov Model (IHMM) sampling procedures and the reasoning algorithm can be used for pattern recognition, video detection of abnormal events such as the development platform, the latest MATLAB2009)

A sample program to generate the code block segmentation in downlink LTE. This can be used as a reference test vector purposes.

通过对二维码的3个顶点定位，扫描从而确定二维码的位置为后续解码做准备(hrough the three vertices of qr code, scan to determine the location of the qr code in preparation for the subsequent decoding )

(QGA_fxy binary function is to solve optimization problems using quantum genetic algorithm (quantum genetic algorithm). Run QGA_fxy.m file to get the file to open the result, the code has detailed notes, easy to modify. Run the sample has been saved as a picture attached to the compressed package.)

(According to the input data, using RBF network model! Welcome to exchange!)

(Development of speak complaint adaptive filter, but this is based on relatively simple and easy to understand)

The program is used for storing a room/phone number into a database.Providing features such as sorting, finding the room no. Or phone no

(This code is reflected in the different channel than in the MIMO channel capacity.)
