最近总是在这下程序，觉得也应该贡献一下，分数阶傅立叶变换的一个matlab程序(Always under the most recent in this process, feel that we should contribute about fractional Fourier transform of a matlab program)

利用三角分解法这一算法，根据求得的电力系统节点导纳矩阵，求其相应的阻抗矩阵。本程序为IEEE经典算例009节点的程序，程序中附有解释性说明.稍加修改，可以适用于IEEE算例中任意节点。(Using the triangular decomposition algorithm, according to the obtained power system nodal admittance matrix, find the corresponding impedance matrix.
