用matlab实现的平面拟合算法，只要输入不少于三个的空间点坐标(plane_fitting)

这是huang的eemd程序，将白噪声加入到了经验模态分解当中，一定程度上抑制了模态混合。(This is huang s emd program, the white noise is added to the empirical mode decomposition which suppress modal mix to some extent.)
