说明：  LDPC码的matlab实现，把解码的部分改过了，实验过很多次，符合理论要求，码长越长误码率越低(The implementation of LDPC code in MATLAB has changed the decoding part. It has been experimented many times and meets the theoretical requirements. The longer the code length, the lower the bit error rate.)
