这个程序就是最基本的粒子群优化算法程序，用Matlab实现，非常简单。只有几十行代码。正所谓 一分钱一分货啊，优化效果不总是令人满意。(This procedure is the most basic particle swarm optimization procedures, using Matlab implementation, is very simple.
