dephi实现RS232串口通信。本程序需要一根RS232串口线连接两个串口实现。本程序包括两个部分：发送端和接收端，分别打开两个文件夹里名为SerialPortCom.exe的程序，在发送端输入数据，然后就可以在接收端看到发送端输入的数据。-dephi achieve RS232 serial communication.
